For special occasions we tailor make menus and wine for your party. Our Gallery restaurant seets 20 guests and is located in the main building along side our "Northern Lights Saloon" where you can relax before and after your meal while you enjoy the warming evening sun during the summer months, or the magic Northern Lights in the autumn and winter period. Our kitchen offers tastes of game and fish through traditional and modern dishes, made from local resources of moose, fish and cloudberries, as well as products from our eminent farmers and producers in our region.
